How long until my order ships?

Current time to ship is 1–10 business days. Everything is cut to order, so that window is production. Carrier transit is on top of it.

Can you make something you don't stock?

Usually yes. Custom orders are part of the business. Send the game, the component and a rough quantity and you'll get a quote back.

What are the pieces made from?

Tokens, dials and trackers are cast acrylic, laser-engraved. Boxes, inserts, trays and dividers are 3mm Baltic birch plywood.

Something arrived damaged.

Email a photo within 30 days and it gets re-cut. Post is rough on thin acrylic occasionally, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout; any import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
