Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason. All sales are final.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers, but all our items are made to order and we do not stock inventory hence the no returns / exchange.

We take great care to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website, so please make sure to carefully review the details before making your purchase.

If there is a defect or issue with the product you received, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours after you have placed your order, or until your order has been shipped, whichever comes first. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. We will process your cancellation promptly and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been processed, but before it has been shipped, there may be a small processing fee to cover any expenses incurred in processing your order. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, in which case we will issue a full refund.
